MGA 2022 MEMBERSHIP RENEWAL & PROOF OF VACCINATION
Membership dues for 2022 are $200 and are payable by January 31. The dues have increased because of higher anticipated food costs and to enhance member benefits.
In response to the unsettled COVID environment and concerns expressed by many members, the MGA is requiring proof of full vaccination as a condition of membership for 2022.
Your dues check should be made out to The Quail Club. The check along with a copy of your vaccination card can either be: (1) left at the Golf Shop in an envelope marked “MGA Dues” or (2) mailed to TJ Protsman, MGA Treasurer, at 7015 Valley Greens Cir, Carmel, CA 93923. You can also submit the copy of your vaccination card to vaccination@quailmga.org. The copy will be destroyed once your vaccination status is recorded.
Current members who are not vaccinated can renew their membership during the year when their vaccination status changes. When you invite guests to play in MGA events, please ask them to email proof of vaccination to vaccination@quailmga.org prior to the event.
The 2022 competition calendar will be full of traditional and some new events. The Saturday all-member tournament will continue to be played on the first Saturday morning of each month. This year we are planning a mix of pre-round breakfasts and post round lunches. Your dues return value to you at these tournaments.
MGA members will continue to receive five free accompanied guest passes. They are good until the end of the year and are based on course availability. There is also Hole-in-one insurance for an ace made in an MGA event.
If you know any Quail members who are not members of the MGA, please urge them to join. And if you have friends who are considering joining Quail, tell them about the benefits the MGA offers.
